A. At first the issue of the school building should be solved, otherwise it will bring difficult situation for both teachers and students. There is no long-term guarantee of the building we rented. If the owners won’t rent them any more at any time, we have to move out. Classrooms and the dormitories are all too small for so many teachers and students. Therefore we want to establish our buildings as soon as possible to try to improve their environment. The place where we will build our school is located at Tsaikhontang village with 20 thousand square meters and 100 meters away at the south of Sichuan-Xizang highway. In future, we will try to build the teaching, experimental, cultural building and office buildings, assembly hall, dormitory for students and teachers, cafeteria, bathhouse and the center for culture education and other activities and the artistic exhibition hall.

B. Monthly fixed expenses. My personal ability is not good enough for supporting the school at long term, and we don’t have any other support for the moment. We therefore hope our students will create artworks of great quality. We don’t want to sell artworks of ordinary quality to support the running of the school. We don’t want our teachers to work as technicians and students to work as workmen. Also we will offer some of the handicrafts to other schools that are even in worse conditions compared to our school, monasteries, people who helped us and so on.
